Excellent.

We had team 2. They kept bashing our aircon brand LG saying it’s the worst, and saying starmax is the best and upsell their chemical wash that would bring the total to $400+. We wanted to spend $18/unit, not $400. We did not opt for chemical wash because no way am I paying $400 for a supposedly $18 washing & cleaning service.

The technician was professional, thorough, and efficient. The cleaning helped remove dirt and buildup, keeping the aircon and drainage pipes clean and in good condition. Regular chemical washing is a good preventive measure to reduce the risk of clogging and major aircon problems, helping to avoid costly overhauls in the future.

Booked aircon chemical wash for my living room unit that was not cold and leaking. Technician arrived on time, very professional and explained the issue clearly. He cleaned the unit thoroughly and now it’s super cold and no more leaking. Service is fast and price is reasonable. Will engage them again!
