Bought the macbook pro 2011 laptop for $550 with 1mo extended warranty. After a few days, there were issues like k-board popping out, speaker spoilt, dent on top cover, gap on the hinge and batt only lasts for 30mins). At first the seller still okay to repair after CB. Then offerred to repair from my place but due to CB, I declined. Then after 1week, asking me to top-up for another much more expen

Thank you for your feedback. This are already been settled with the buyer. Due to CB restrictions, buying parts are being delayed hence logistics are being affected. Since she cannot wait thus giving her other options like replacing with another newer year model of macbook. Additional payment are needed since were offering her a much more newer macbook with high system specs which are justifiable. Hope this clarifies everything to all of your concerns.

Excellent buy from a great seller. Very responsive and willing to answer any questions. Ended up buying 2 MAC instead of 1. Will buy again for sure as items are in mint condition and all updates and installs fully done.
