Paid $250 for cleaning. Machine was quiet before service. Tech said parts needed replacing but I said no since nothing was wrong. After cleaning, machine makes loud scary noises. Now they refuse to fix the damage they caused, claiming I declined part replacement. Dishonest! Avoid this company.
