I didn't not have a good experience, my order was has not been delivered at the said time it took almost two weeks, and the box was not sealed from the manufacturer it was opened and it was sealed with a white plaster with a disclaimer so it means it wasn't new, overall this is my last order on this app

Hi! thank you for your comment unfortunately poslaju courier has messed up the parcel I sent to Sibu, Sarawak hence it gotta re-route back to KL and send to the right destination which total took 2 weeks to revert. The responsibility should go to PosLaju, not me 😂 As for the sealed box, it's 100% sealed as i deliver it. Not sure what happens throughout the courier period, might have opened by poslaju staff to check when it was mis-routed
