1. Checked item on the spot then bring hm say spoilt wanted refund. Lied saying she didn't check properly & it was dark at void deck 430pm. When nth else2blame, she admitted she checked and item is in good condition but said she wanted half refund since item with me longer than her. 2. Lied saying shoes torn after reaching hm w/o doing anything. Earthquake meh 3. Use hateful speech saying money donated for my family coffin money. (Was surprised that a married office lady would use such speech)
