It's unfortunate to see this unpleasant feedback. 1. You did open the box, we both saw that the product was in good condition; you were satisfied before accepting it and making payment 2. The pictures show deliberate damage to the product; this is a stark contrast to what we saw when you opened the box. 3. Can you prove that it wasn't damaged en route to Sri Lanka? 4. Is it even the product i sold you? 5. I offered a goodwill, partial refund; you rejected it, threatening to call police
