No update of status once offered, and it has been one week since her offer. Until now not sure if she still wants the items or not. I've asked for her to cancel if the amount plus postage is out of her budget, but she decided to come and collect. Even so, there's no confirmation whether she will come and collect or not. At this point, I might as well just unreserve the items.

She has contacted to explain her situation, and I understand that I came across unkind and not accommodating enough to follow up again on the transaction. However, both sides had their share of bad experience, and I accept her explanation but would just prefer it at a much earlier stage. She's a good person, nonetheless. This rating is just solely based on my experience.
