Happy with my recent purchase of the Apple Watch Ultra. Item was as described in excellent condition, working 100% fine. Honestly a very fair and transparent dealer.

My first mobile purchase on Carousell. Bought an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with replaced battery. Checked the Parts and Service history, battery is Genuine. However the date is April 2030 and first use January 2025 which seems suspicious.

The device is in flawless condition with zero visible scratches on the screen or chassis. Tested all key features immediately—cameras, Face ID, touchscreen, and speakers all work perfectly the phone was securely packed in bubble wrap with a SIM ejector tool and charging cable. Responsive seller—highly recommended!

Everything was good overall! The only area that could be improved is the internal communication. I was told the iPad Pro was available so I secured it asap using Buy Now option, then few hrs later was informed that it was no longer avail. Got the iPad Air instead and had to top up the difference.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I'm glad everything was good overall. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been when the iPad Pro became unavailable after you secured it, and I'm truly sorry. I did reach out to you, and I understand our resolution may not have fully addressed your concern. I have also shared your feedback with our team to improve internal communication and prevent this from recurring. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to me.
