Hi, You placed an order and made payment directly through carousell system which automatically accepts your order. I didn’t confirm it.Anyhow, if the item is not posted out during the time frame you would automatically be refunded. Please don’t make it seem like I have taken your money and went mia. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to post the item you wanted. I’m a new mother and my baby hasn’t been well. I just don’t have as much time to post out orders now and reply all my messages.
