Negotiated from 125 to 100, was asked to dismantle item myself, which is ok. But seller was not helpful at all, everything had to be prompted: to remove their existing mattress from frame, ask for a rag to wipe because it was extremely!! dusty from 10 years of use, etc. Felt treated like I was a disposal service. I discovered damaged drawer and asked for a discount, she still bargained with me.

Sorry if you were not happy. Should have told us that the cleanliness was not up to your standard and we would have helped. We even taught you how to dismantle and helped to start dismantling without prompted, which was beyond what was agreed. As you bargained further upon collection, it's strange if you thought that I should not have bargained back. It was already such a good price. Would be better if you had expressed your unhappiness during collection than keeping quiet and gave such a review
