Be very careful with this buyer, scam! bought 2 products n tried 1 on her hand then asked for return. Said ours r not authentic, we have been on carousell 11 years+,never hav such complaint. So we send our official purchase receipts and packing photos with products labels on each product to carousell for investigation. Then her request got declined! Fair enough! Hussle one!

Bought a tube of EL cleanser from seller, have doubt over authenticity then I bought another tube from Zalora to compare. The one bought from her has no EL scent, cleanse nothing but leaves an oily film on the skin instead. I spend more money getting an authentic product for comparison just to scam her less than $30 😲?
