Requested to inspect item in person before payment, which I agreed to. After coming to check the item and collect, she made payment and left. Then one week later decided to complain about minor flaws… really difficult and unpredictable buyer.

Typing this so that my side of the story is heard: First, there was no request made to inspect item. It was a pay-and-collect via a quick drive-by. It was one week late as I hadn't taken it out to use it. I believed the shoes were in good condition. Second, the complaint was made as a private message. It was in the hope that a similar scenario would not happen to other buyers. I didnt want to make it public by posting a public review. I accepted that I had bought the shoes, and wld keep them.
