I was sick and informed the buyer the night before trade I couldn’t be trading, which I couldn’t do anything about it. Was suggested otherwise to do SF, which I never do for anyone. Buyer seems unhappy, claiming it seems to be difficult to come up with a trade time. Not the most easy going buyer. Trade was not successful in the end.

Suggested to reschedule, but buyer asked about SF again saying it seemed to be difficult to come up with a time. Hence suggested her to consider other products - which would be a sensible option seeing her unwillingness to reschedule. She admitted she decided to call it off, but still rated me a 1* because she was unhappy with my suggestion to consider other products.
