Nakipag deal okay naman. I sent videos and pictures of the item without any problem before i ship it BUT when he receives the item and says that it has issues daw sa screen na may whites dots. It was clear on the video and pictures i sent that the monitor was good as new.

Dear hindi naman magsasabi ng may damage kung pagdating sa personal ay may damage ang screen malinaw pa sa sikat ng araw puno ng dotted damage ung screen even sent you pictures so stop claiming that it is good as new. Just accept the fact that you sold an item that is not clearly good as new. And the item has a several dotted damage within the screen.
