I engage my own courier is bcos i have a cheaper rate to do the delivery. As u said u not included the postage for the item, wan me to top up. Then since i have a cheaper rate then i ask u if u could print the slip. If u say cannot, we world arrange another way for the collection. Since u promise, i think u should try to resolve as well. i do pack thing in plastic bag n they accept. So i don know why the courier man ask u to repack. This is unfair to me. I hope tat u always happy with ur life.

Hi, I promise by helping you to do administrative. I agreed to print out. I didn’t complain anything with regards to that. However since you have engaged own courier, I believe you should have the experience. By sending me 3 slips to prints but only needed ONE and did not mention. Only mentioned after I give you a photo. That’s already wasting my time to redo the pasting. I hope next time you can just inform others before hand how you want you item to be packed and paste with that slip.
