I looked at the reel , opened up the side plate and put it back and cranked the reel. Seller told me that the sound from the reel needed servicing. When I went to a shop and ask the reel technician to service this reel. He said the reel was spoilt and cannot be serviced because there are no spare parts available. I tried to contact the seller several times but he refused to respond. Deal with care
