Being in my 50s, the training provided was very inclusive and effective. The pain in my hips have reduced and I do feel stronger and fitter. Roderick also provided me with nutritional advice and helped me understand how to diet better. Now I am more motivated to exercize frequently.

Knows their stuff

Above and beyond

Roderick Sean gave me better abs than Chloe Tong ever did. I spent the whole circuit breaker period doing Chloe Ting's Abs Workout Challenge, but to no avail. However, I was able to achieve my most optimal physique with Roderick's aid. He is able to tailor a personalised workout routine catered to my goals and provide advice on healthy nutrition and daily calorie intake for better results 👍
