item sold is in bad contion (eg racks could no longer be used, all bent) but seller claimed that the shoe cabinet only has a slight scratch.

Hi I’ve checked the planks before your guys took it and removed all the shoes just before that. If it can’t be use as you claim, the shoes in there would have fallen all over. There was a scratch outside of the cabinet which was highlighted to you. I will not sell something for such a cheap price if it can’t be used. If there’s a problem you could have contacted me which you didn’t. All my sales reviews are good except yours.
