Item sold was a fake nendoroid that had a very dirty body. Would have preferred if seller was honest about product. Also did not return me the shipping charges when they ended up using a much cheaper option (reg. Mailing instead of smartpac). item immediately broke the moment I tried removing the head from the peg but could be because it was a fake.

We’re sorry about this and hope you could’ve voiced your concerns with us regarding the postage price and we would have refunded you if the matter was dealt with over DM. We did tell you that Smartpac is not an option for this item as it cannot fit into their mailers nor boxes. Also we did not claim this is authentic and the condition was exact to the photo when we mailed it out. You are free to request for more IRL photos before purchase and any damage Singpost does to it is out of our control.
