Huge shout-out to the veteren mechanic for the incredible service on my wheel set today! Fast: Both wheels were off and finished in under an hour. Efficient: Total pro—you can watch him work on the spot. Accurate: He even gave me some great expert advice while I was there. If you need work done, this is a must-go. Save his contact now! 🛠️🔥

I requested the assistance of Mr Kai to help re-lace the hubs for my pair of 18-inch wheels. This is my third time employing his assistance, and as always, he was meticulous and clearly takes pride in his work. He also shared useful advice on what to look out for when purchasing new wheels in the future. As usual, Mr Kai is someone who is quiet, under-promises, but always delivers.

This user has an ongoing unresolved transaction for an item sold that is untrue to description.
"UNTRUE TO DISCRIPTION" Ceramic bearings is an optional item with additional cost n subject to availability. It is not in my item-sell profile. Told him to check before order but was denial so I assumed he understand what he wanted. He asked for full refund after delivered due to reason unknown but giving ceramic bearing as an excuse n I told him will install after i have them. I agreed to his refund but less labour n material losses due to customised item but was rejected.

Fast and prompt replies from Uncle Kai and got an appointment for wheel truing within an hour. Very experienced mechanical engineer which he applies to wheel building and truing with such ease. He got the job done in less than an hour for two wheels. Great talking to him too! He dropped couple of knowledge as well which greatly appreciated. Will be back for another set of wheels soon! Thank you

A professional job changing the bearings of my DT Swiss Hub. Uncle is very humble even though he is very pro in building and tuning wheels. He design and build his own tools !
