Cancelling the trade suddenly and say don't want to hold you up. I have this a few times from Filipino, I did not rate badly in the past as I think they are just not available and will arrange later, but getting this frequently knowing this is a trick to avoid bad comment. SO I confirm again that means cancelling trade. This becoming a habit. I block all these buyers. For others references.
