Buyer inspected item thoroughly before buying (opening every compartment, pressing every knob) and tried the vacuum cleaner on my carpet. After being satisfied and taking item home, next day buyer raised concern about a loose hose expecting post sale support/refund even asking me to come to their home and fix it despite having inspected item fully beforehand .High maintenance buyer !
