Must be able to handle deep pressure! So Colin checked on my problem areas like my ankles and back and worked on it. It was rly painful but that’s the whole point. But trust me, when I got home after the massage, I fell asleep like a baby. Even advised what I can do to feel better. Thank you!

Been looking for sports massage for the past week in the west. The pain triggered my movements . Glad I came across this service in the west. During the session, He focus mainly on the effected areas. Friendly,easy going & knows what he's doing. Feel better after the recovery massage period. Will come back regularly for the sore fix. Felt much better, more flexible - helped released my lower back and got it unstuck. Released the tightness of my quads, hamstrings and IT band, and helped me keep up with my regular exercise routine without pain. THANKS SO MUCH, definitely will come back
