rude and unreasonable seller, stated in her listing that an outfit would be free with purchase of a pair of dolls, didnt include the outfit, blamed me for not reminding her and not texting her on that listing. i bought 2 pairs of dolls, the chat was on another listing with the other pair and i sent a clear pic taken from that specific listing with the free outfit in the desc to her whn enquiring.

continuation i feel that since it was stated in the description, it shld have been included. when i confronted her ab how we cld solve the problem, extrmly rude, push me to apologise evn tho it was the fault of BOTH parties. did offer me free mailing of the outfit but was still extremely rude about it. left me review, last straw.
