Dishonest and unwilling to resolve or honour defect in own product which was reported to her within 10mins upon receipt. Yet labelled me a scammer by saying I have the same identical pair and trying to scam her! Till now, case not resolve yet

I have been on Carousell for 9 years, with a 100% positive track record of 5-star positive testimonials as both a seller and a buyer. There is absolutely no sense in me risking 9 years worth of my efforts in maintaining my 100% positive track record for a mere $100. I delivered the shoes as described in my listing: BRAND NEW, in pristine condition. You are claiming otherwise, demanding a refund while not being able to return the exact pair of shoes I sent you. mind = blown by the audacity.
