Very responsive when chat via carousell. Able to provide informations with regard to my online enquiries. Went down to the shop, Jasni, was very friendly and knowledgable. He addressed my concerns regarding the bike very well. Bike was ready in one working day. Various payment methods available at the shop including paynow and grabpay. Got a free gift upon collecting the bike. 👍👍👍👍👍
