Dishonest seller. The seller first claimed the product was bought from a physical store, then later said it came from a friend. I only found out the truth when I tried to register the 1-year warranty. The product is a China import, not purchased in Singapore, so it is not eligible for the local warranty. Instead of apologizing for the misleading information, the seller kept blaming her friend.

i DID SAY my friend helped me to buy at the official physical store! i didn’t say anything about local! my friend said there’s global warranty, and i checked!! i was honest through and through. even helped with the warranty registration. if i had just kept quiet and not helped you register the warranty, you wouldn’t have been so worked up over all this! you can still claim warranty stop lying. how would i know anything about the product if it was sealed to be sold!! do ur research b4 buying!
