Seller said the dress was brand new but it was obvious that it has been worn before, cos there was a smell.

Hi there, it’s unfortunate you find there’s a “smell”. Although it’s not clear what the smell is, pls allow me to clarify, the item has been washed and ironed once before. But it has not been worn after washing/ironing. It hung in my wardrobe for months before it was put on Carousell.
