Do yourself a favour and get them to take more pictures more of the products. They deliberately did not include the back picture on the listing and lo and behold, really got hole at the back. Once received, do yourself another favour and video the unpacking. Those idiots ask me if I got video the opening. Legit Tok Kong, y’all buy Cai fan got video of opening? Even if my POC is not convenient for you,whats so hard to drop a text to ask for more pictures before buying online We ask for video upon unboxing so we have evidence to bring this matter to carousell to decide,which we did,but they rejected your appeal due to insufficient evidence. Here you are, kicking up a big hoo-ha as things didnt go your way. we have dealt with many customers and they have 0 issue with our products.
