Very dishonest seller. Said BNWT at first, when i confirmed she said new but no tag. Fine. I paid anyways. When received item was defective with a hole and a huge patch of fray. Seller simply denied seeing the defects and insisted on no refund. Fine. I suggested an exchange then. That way she could sell something and I dont feel cheated buying an obviously defective item. She just insisted that she doesn't do exhange/refund. Lol, buy at your own risk. Anyone interested, I have photo proof.

I informed her after realising tag was not there (before mailing) when she can choose to get/not get it. Item was brand new but she keep insisting that it is not? There was a bit of frays that can be easily remove and a minor sewing defect that buyer insisted was a hole. 🤦‍♀️ she showed me the pic and it was not a hole but an uneven sewing. I did not see the small defects if not i would have exchange back. The product might not suit her hence ask for refund. She sell it back on her listing now.
