Did not leave a negative feedback when she back out after sending an offer. However, she left me a feedback saying that I criticize her. She is the one criticizing me by saying I am a hooligan seller!

U are indeed hooligan and ignorance! Customers have right to choose if they felt that they have been ignore by buyer! Pls do not blame customer when you are not succesfully made a trade. Your 1 hour long waited reply is enough for us to change the mind! Pls study customer behaviour b4 you become seller!
