Seller came up with an excuse of not knowing the app very well and accepted other offer after accepted mine eventho I did not nego for the price listed and alr decided to deal the next day. Prob someone offered higher price upon knowing that a deal has been made and seller folded. For whatever the reason is, it is an unethical and untrustworthy.
