Sent video of slab prior to deal, after which upon receiving item, buyer requested for refund due to a minor scratch on slab (which I kindly agreed even though I don't do refunds after sale). After which, arranged for meetup multiple times and buyer eventually MIA-ed me when slab price went up 🤣
The seller was dishonest with the deal. The slab arrived with scratches and stains despite my asking about any issues beforehand, as videos may not fully capture them. I wanted a refund and would like to return it via tracked mailing, as the location is too far for me. However, he refused and insisted on a face-to-face return, which I decided not to proceed as I don’t have the time to travel down due to my busy schedule. Which is why I opted for mail when buying it instead of checking in-person.
