Seller wss very patience with explaining the different length, height and material of the rack. Even after coming to my place and did some measurements in my bomb shelter, he mentioned "Even if after this, boss decided to go for ither company and look at their racks, I no problem. business is business, I understand" and I'm like, ok enough talking, lets get on with the installation.
